Delivery Network Meeting hosted by The Educational Delivery Institute

December 3-4, The Education Delivery Institute (EDI) will hold its annual Delivery Network Meeting in the Washington, DC area (Arlington, VA).

The delivery approach (also known as "deliverology") is a proven, practical methodology for implementing reforms at scale in the public sector. EDI's annual network meeting will bring together practitioners of the delivery approach - from various educational contexts, both veteran and beginner - to learn from one another and share best practices from their experiences using the delivery approach to improve educational outcomes in their systems.

The event will take place over two days, and a tentative schedule for the meeting is below. Participants will complete a short self-assessment before the meeting to identify focus areas (the assessment will be distributed after you register). We will use these results to help participants choose breakout sessions that best meet their needs.

This event targets individuals and teams who are responsible for implementing the delivery approach in their systems, which may include delivery units, student success teams, those responsible for implementing major initiatives, and - in some cases - system leaders or their deputies. Teams will benefit from time spent working together, but the event is designed to be valuable for individuals as well.

The registration fee for EDI's annual network meeting is $195 per person. This includes a reception and some meals during the conference, as well as a copy of EDI's new book Deliverology in Practice. A limited number of scholarships are available for EDI partners - contact lkurczewski@deliveryinstitute.org for more information.
