Please join Jobs for the Future and the Learning Policy Institute for a timely discussion of how US schools can provide a more equitable and empowering education for all young people.  
The event will feature a discussion of two reports recently released by Jobs for the Future: Equal Opportunity for Deeper Learning by Pedro Noguera, Linda Darling-Hammond, and Diane Friedlander; and The Implications of Deeper Learning for Adolescent Immigrants and English Language Learners by Patricia Gándara. In addition to reviewing key research findings and recommendations, speakers and respondents will discuss the most effective ways for policymakers to advance excellence and equity across the educational system.
